The General Manager position at Wingstop in Gastonia, NC, represents a full-time employment opportunity with wages ranging from $18 to $23 per hour, dependent on experience and local wage regulations. This role is pivotal in driving the restaurant's operational success by overseeing daily functions and ensuring that all aspects of food quality, guest service, staffing, and financial performance meet or exceed company standards. As the leader and face of the restaurant, the General Manager is entrusted with fostering a positive team culture and operating an efficiently run business that aligns with Wingstop's mission to "serve the world flavor with great food and even better service." Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions
  • Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
