Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven restaurant management experience
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout shifts
