Located in Menifee, CA, Wingstop is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic General Manager to lead the operational success of one of its store locations. This full-time role is critical to ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly, maintains high standards, and meets financial goals. The General Manager acts as the driving force behind the team, balancing leadership, operational management, and guest satisfaction.

As the General Manager, you will be the heart of the restaurant, inspiring and motivating your team while managing day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, inventory control, food safety, and ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service and flavorful food. You will develop and train team members to foster growth and consistent, quality performance. Managing sales, labor, and food costs to maximize profitability is a key part of this role, alongside maintaining Wingstop’s high standards of cleanliness, service, and overall execution.

The role demands a leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, problem-solve under pressure, and build a positive, high-energy culture that reflects Wingstop's bold brand identity. The General Manager is expected to maintain a consistent presence during key business hours, including opening, closing, and mid-day shifts, and work the five busiest days based on store traffic and sales projections.

Wingstop offers a competitive pay rate of $25 per hour and complies with all wage laws to ensure fair compensation. The physical demands of the role require lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, standing and walking for long periods, and performing tasks involving bending, reaching, kneeling, and repetitive movements. These duties support the smooth, efficient operation of the restaurant in a labor-intensive, fast-moving environment.
