Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Strong leadership ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage labor and food costs
- Flexibility to work early mornings and evenings
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to undergo training at all Lee County locations

Job Qualifications

- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings

- Experience with training and development of staff
Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including health, wage, ADA, and OSHA
- Enforce Firehouse Subs policies and procedures
- Provide leadership to restaurant team to meet standards of service, quality, cleanliness, and culture
- Manage profitability by controlling food cost, labor, utilities, and driving sales growth
- Coordinate and implement operations game plans and company initiatives
- Staff restaurant with qualified personnel and oversee training and development of assistant and shift managers
- Participate in local restaurant marketing and promote Public Safety Foundation initiatives
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and legal documents
- Engage in community affairs for sales and public relations
- Represent Firehouse Subs professionally
- Communicate business issues to owner or general manager
- Maintain restaurant equipment and report problems
- Work on feet up to 13 hours
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Work varied shifts including early mornings and evenings
- Perform additional duties assigned by owner
