Job Requirements
- Crowd management experience is required for consideration
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in event operations, venue operations, or project management
- Direct experience managing crowd operations at large-scale events
- Experience working in convention centers, stadiums, arenas, large venues, festivals, or major event environments
- Experience managing large operational teams or event staffing teams
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced event environment
- Ability to pass a background check

Job Duties
- Lead all event operations and crowd management activities for venue and client accounts
- Oversee event staffing, event security coordination, guest services, and operational planning
- Manage full operational lifecycle of events including planning, staffing, execution, and post-event review
- Ensure safe and effective crowd flow, access control, and guest experience at large public events
- Maintain strong relationships with venue leadership, convention center management, promoters, and clients
- Monitor operational performance, event profitability, labor planning, and cost management
- Manage event contracts including budgeting, staffing plans, scheduling, and invoicing
- Lead, coach, and develop operations managers, supervisors, and event staff teams
- Recruit and train new team members based on event and operational needs
- Identify opportunities to improve event operations efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Communicate operational updates and performance metrics to leadership
- Travel up to 25% as needed
