Job Requirements

  • Have three or more years of food service, hospitality, or retail experience
  • Have managed teams of 10 or more in fast-paced environments
  • Know how to train, develop, and support people with care and clarity
  • Love building team culture and delivering excellent guest experiences
  • Ready to own both the people and operational sides of a shop
  • Be 18 or older
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Three or more years of experience in food service, hospitality, or retail
  • Proven experience managing teams of 10 or more in fast-paced environments
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to foster a positive team culture and deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Skilled in operational management including scheduling, payroll, and inventory oversight
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and facilities
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of Shift Coordinators and Scoopers
  • Set clear expectations and coach team members with generosity and consistency
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality to create memorable guest experiences
  • Use data and insights to drive sales, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction
  • Navigate challenges and celebrate wins with clarity and compassion
  • Strengthen community relationships and represent the company positively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure shop success and sustainability
