Job Requirements
- Have three or more years of food service, hospitality, or retail experience
- Have managed teams of 10 or more in fast-paced environments
- Know how to train, develop, and support people with care and clarity
- Love building team culture and delivering excellent guest experiences
- Ready to own both the people and operational sides of a shop
- Be 18 or older
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in food service, hospitality, or retail
- Proven experience managing teams of 10 or more in fast-paced environments
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to foster a positive team culture and deliver excellent guest experiences
- Skilled in operational management including scheduling, payroll, and inventory oversight
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and facilities
- Hire, train, and develop a team of Shift Coordinators and Scoopers
- Set clear expectations and coach team members with generosity and consistency
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to create memorable guest experiences
- Use data and insights to drive sales, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction
- Navigate challenges and celebrate wins with clarity and compassion
- Strengthen community relationships and represent the company positively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure shop success and sustainability
