The role of General Manager at MML Hospitality holds significant responsibilities in driving operational excellence, team development, and guest satisfaction within our restaurants. This full-time leadership position entails overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations while ensuring alignment with the company’s high standards related to food quality, service, and hospitality. Job Requirements

  • At least two years of progressive management experience in the restaurant industry

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Physical ability to perform essential job functions including standing walking reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Compliance with health safety and regulatory requirements
  • English fluency
  • Spanish proficiency preferred but not required
