The General Manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport plays a critical leadership role overseeing one of the largest airport hotels in the region. This role demands strategic vision and operational expertise to drive financial performance, elevate guest satisfaction, and foster a high-performing, engaged workforce across all hotel departments. The General Manager works intimately with ownership groups and Hilton brand leadership to implement commercial strategies, enhance market positioning, and maintain exceptional levels of hospitality. The annual salary range for this role is between $235,000 and $275,000, reflective of specialized experience and location. Job Requirements
- Minimum three years experience as a hotel manager at a full-service hotel with 500+ rooms and $30M+ in annual revenue
- Strong relationship-building skills with ownership groups
- Commercial acumen with financial oversight expertise
- Demonstrated leadership in managing labor relations and union partnerships
- Proven ability to lead and engage high-performing teams
- Familiarity with Hilton brand and local market preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years as a hotel manager at a full-service hotel with 500+ rooms and $30M+ in annual revenue
- Skilled in cultivating strong ownership group relationships
