Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years experience as a hotel manager at a full-service hotel with 500+ rooms and $30M+ in annual revenue
  • Strong relationship-building skills with ownership groups
  • Commercial acumen with financial oversight expertise
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing labor relations and union partnerships
  • Proven ability to lead and engage high-performing teams
  • Familiarity with Hilton brand and local market preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Skilled in cultivating strong ownership group relationships
