The hotel is part of Hilton, a globally recognized leader in the hospitality industry, known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and exceptional service since 1919. With facilities including comfortable accommodations, on-site dining, expansive meeting and event spaces, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool, the hotel caters to a diverse clientele ranging from business travelers to vacationers. Guests enjoy thoughtful amenities such as a complimentary airport shuttle and easy access to the Link Light Rail, making it effortless to explore Seattle’s top destinations like Pike Place Market and the Space Needle within approximately 25 minutes. The warm chocolate chip cookie greeting and personalized service reflect the hotel’s dedication to creating memorable experiences.
The General Manager role at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport is a vital leadership position responsible for steering one of the largest airport hotels in the Pacific Northwest toward operational excellence and financial success. This executive will provide overall strategic and operational leadership, collaborating closely with ownership and Hilton’s brand management to drive commercial strategies and enhance market positioning. The General Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and exceptional service across all departments. Key responsibilities include managing financial performance, optimizing revenue opportunities, and elevating guest satisfaction through attentive, innovative leadership. It also requires the ability to build and sustain strong relationships with ownership and stakeholders, while inspiring and managing a high-performing, diverse team. Hilton’s values—hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency—are essential guiding principles for this role. The position offers an annual salary range of $235,000 to $275,000, with eligibility for participation in Hilton’s Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan and long-term incentive programs, reflecting the candidate’s experience and location. This opportunity offers a dynamic, rewarding environment for a dedicated hospitality professional to make a significant impact and further their career within a world-class global brand.
