Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 8 years' experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
  • OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 6 years' experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
  • General Manager experience in limited or full-service property preferred
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
  • Proven progressive career growth and exceptional performance in property industry

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration or related field with 8 years of relevant experience
  • OR 4-year bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in management operations, sales, marketing, finance, or accounting
  • General Manager experience preferred
  • Demonstrated career growth and exceptional performance in property industry
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and late nights

Job Duties

  • Develop business strategies aligned with Marriott global plans
  • Execute business plans to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to generate revenue
  • Manage talent and organizational capability by developing leadership teams
  • Analyze business information to inform decisions
  • Ensure fair employee and labor relations
  • Oversee revenue management and pricing strategies
  • Maintain strong owner relations through proactive communication
  • Engage in customer and public relations to promote brand image
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, safety, and service standards
