Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Food Safety Certified preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience preferably in quick service restaurants
  • Basic math skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and general systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours
  • High energy level
  • Commitment to core company values

Job Qualifications

  • Over 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick service restaurants (QSR)
  • Basic math skills
  • Microsoft Office and general systems proficiency

Job Duties

  • Manage the overall restaurant operations to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Analyze operational data and create plans to improve sales, profits, and service efficiency
  • Hire and staff the restaurant appropriately to maintain consistent operations
  • Train team members and managers on policies, procedures, and guest service
  • Address guest complaints and policy violations promptly and effectively
  • Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to staff
  • Ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean, and engaging environment for employees and guests
