Job Description
Silver State Bell, LLC is a proud franchisee of Taco Bell, operating under the umbrella of Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG), a dynamic and rapidly expanding multi-brand restaurant company. Starting in 2012 with just 30 Taco Bell units, DRG has grown exponentially to currently managing over 240 locations across California, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, Alaska, and more. The company continues to grow its workforce, now employing more than 6,000 team members, making it a large-scale operator that still fosters a small-company, family-oriented culture. DRG focuses on a people-first philosophy, appreciating each member as part of the DRG family and cultivating a supportive, respectful work environment rooted in core values such as respect, integrity, passion, accountability, commitment, and teamwork.
This job opportunity is for the position of Assistant Manager within Silver State Bell, LLC, a franchisee under DRG. The role is designed for motivated and energetic individuals eager to join a fast-growing company that offers ample opportunities for career growth and development. The position offers competitive hourly pay ranging between $16.38 and $19.38 depending on experience and availability. Assistant Managers are vital in supporting the General Manager by overseeing restaurant operations, managing shifts, and assisting with administrative duties. Leadership within this role means ensuring that every shift runs smoothly to company brand standards, taking charge during the absence of the General Manager and fostering a positive work environment.
Assistant Managers must exhibit strong leadership ability, organizational skills, and professionalism, highlighted by effective communication and clear, detailed instructions to team members. This role demands excellent time management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, as Assistant Managers play a critical role in shaping the restaurant's performance, team dynamics, customer satisfaction, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The position expects an ability to understand and perform every job role within the restaurant, oversee and guide shift managers and team members, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Silver State Bell, LLC offers a comprehensive benefits package as part of its commitment to employee well-being, including the DRG Cares Grant Program for financial assistance, exclusive employee discounts through DRG Savings Marketplace, Employee Assistance Program, Live Mas Scholarship Program for educational support, an Employee Referral Program, education benefits such as GED reimbursement, language education, and a DailyPay program allowing daily access to earned paychecks. These benefits underscore DRG's dedication to holistic employee support, both professionally and personally. The role requires open availability, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays, and expects a work week of approximately 50 hours. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in a restaurant management career within a supportive, growth-oriented company.
