Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
- OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
- Ability to lead and manage diverse teams
- Strong analytical and financial management skills

Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major

- 2 years of relevant professional experience

Job Duties
- Manage general property performance including operational and service standards
- Lead food and beverage operations to maximize profit margins and ensure quality standards
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies in partnership with sales offices
- Manage profitability by controlling costs, analyzing financial data, and supporting revenue goals
- Maintain revenue management goals in coordination with revenue management office
- Conduct human resource activities including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and associate development
