Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
  • OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
  • Ability to lead and manage diverse teams
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills
  • Effective project management capabilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related area
  • OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven track record of managing multi-departmental operations

Job Duties

  • Manage general property performance including operational and service standards
  • Lead food and beverage operations to maximize profit margins and ensure quality standards
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies in partnership with sales offices
  • Manage profitability by controlling costs, analyzing financial data, and supporting revenue goals
  • Maintain revenue management goals in coordination with revenue management office
  • Conduct human resource activities including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and associate development
  • Build and maintain relationships with property stakeholders and report on operational performance
