Job Requirements
- Minimum five years experience as Director of Operations or Hotel Manager of a large four-star or four-diamond multi-outlet convention property
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience managing food and beverage and rooms division operations
- Strong financial acumen and operational management skills
- Exceptional guest service orientation
- Leadership and team development capabilities
- Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative work culture
