The role available is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven hospitality leader with strong strategic planning and operational management skills. This leadership position entails overseeing all hotel departments with a guest-centric focus, ensuring outstanding service, financial performance, and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will have prior general manager experience in four-star or four-diamond properties, with proven success managing both food and beverage operations and rooms division. Furthermore, strong financial acumen and passion for hospitality excellence are essential.
