Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years experience as Director of Operations or Hotel Manager of a large four-star or four-diamond multi-outlet convention property
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Proven experience managing food and beverage and rooms division operations
  • Strong financial acumen and operational management skills
  • Exceptional guest service orientation
  • Leadership and team development capabilities
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative work culture

  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate and manage distinctive event spaces and services
