Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • dependable team player

  • prefers to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage financial budgets and control costs
  • proven leadership and team development abilities
  • knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct the work of the management team including scheduling, assigning responsibilities and setting expectations
  • manage performance of the management team including performance evaluations, coaching and accountability
  • plan and implement weekly, monthly and yearly financial budgets
  • oversee all operations to ensure a great guest experience
  • role model and hold team members accountable to operational and quality standards
  • foster open communication between team members and management team
  • influence team member behaviors by championing change and restaurant initiatives
