  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, food and labor cost control
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a small team of 4 hourly employees

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years management experience
  • Minimum 2 years functional experience in culinary leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and maintain positive client partnerships
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a small team

Job Duties

  • Build and maintain a strong client relationship
  • Manage all financials including budget, forecasting, and cost controls
  • Lead menu planning, ordering, and inventory
  • Drive catering production and ensure quality execution
  • Balance duties as 70% hands-on chef and 30% administrative leader
  • Oversee food and labor cost standards
  • Manage and motivate a team of 4 hourly employees
  • Handle HR-related responsibilities including scheduling, payroll, and training
