- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, food and labor cost control
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a small team of 4 hourly employees

- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Minimum 2 years functional experience in culinary leadership

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a small team
Job Duties
- Build and maintain a strong client relationship
- Manage all financials including budget, forecasting, and cost controls
- Lead menu planning, ordering, and inventory
- Drive catering production and ensure quality execution
- Balance duties as 70% hands-on chef and 30% administrative leader
- Oversee food and labor cost standards
- Manage and motivate a team of 4 hourly employees
- Handle HR-related responsibilities including scheduling, payroll, and training
