This opportunity is for a GM / Chef Manager to oversee and lead a dynamic corporate dining account in Overland, KS. The role offers an attractive salary starting at $70,000 plus bonus incentives and provides a predominantly Monday through Friday daytime schedule with minimal evenings and weekends, offering a great work-life balance. The position is hands-on and customer-focused, ideal for a culinary leader who enjoys blending creative food production with operational management and business acumen.

The operational scope features a streamlined corporate café with three stations serving breakfast and lunch, catering services, a micro-market, and office coffee services. The GM / Chef Manager will be the primary on-site leader responsible for balancing culinary excellence, food quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. This role requires a leader who is comfortable being 70% hands-on in the kitchen and 30% in administrative and leadership duties, managing ordering, inventory, scheduling, payroll, and cost control. The successful candidate will lead a small but impactful team of four hourly employees, fostering a positive work environment, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

This position offers an exciting blend of culinary creativity, operational leadership, and team management within a supportive corporate structure. The candidate will have the opportunity to own the program fully, implement innovative menu plans, manage catering production, and oversee food and labor cost standards. Sodexo values diversity and inclusion and is committed to creating an environment where all employees can thrive. This role not only challenges the candidate’s culinary skills but also requires strong financial management and interpersonal abilities to engage with clients and employees effectively.
