Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2-3 years of general manager experience in casual dining
- preferred 5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain confidentiality

- 2-3 years of previous General Manager experience in casual dining
- 5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience preferred
- experience in teaching and training staff
- strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
