Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2-3 years of general manager experience in casual dining
  • preferred 5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of previous General Manager experience in casual dining
  • 5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience preferred
  • experience in teaching and training staff
  • strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
