- minimum two years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- operations experience in leadership
- proficiency with phones and Point of Sale systems
- valid driver's license and auto insurance
- personal vehicle for work use
- at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama)

- ability to meet physical demands including prolonged standing and lifting up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
- operations experience in a leadership capacity
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- background check required
- ability to meet physical demands including standing up to 90 percent of the time, moving and transporting up to 25 pounds
- associates degree or higher preferred
- experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing preferred
- bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred and may be required for certain locations
Job Duties
- Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company performance standards
- coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth
- lead team members to identify local marketing strategies and use business-to-business partnership opportunities
- examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and assess risk within established limits
- enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws and regulations
- supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention
- conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties
- participate in selection, review, hiring, and retention of new employees
- develop work schedules in accordance with budget, workloads, and store needs
- handle complex customer situations with integrity and professionalism
- monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and address basic facility needs, including scheduling maintenance
- perform duties outside of the office including vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks
- maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends
