The General Manager role in Austin, TX, represents a critical leadership position within Restore. This full-time role requires open availability, including weekends, to lead the daily operations of a Restore studio effectively. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the studio’s performance, including brand awareness, driving traffic and membership growth, and managing key performance indicators to align with company objectives. You will lead a dynamic, talented team in a fun, inclusive, and engaging environment, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a culture of five-star service. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management duties, including payroll, inventory, revenue oversight, marketing events, and team development. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3-5 years of management experience including hiring, training, support, discipline, and termination
- previous management experience in health, wellness, fitness, or retail strongly preferred
- proven sales success and team mentorship ability
- excellent leadership and management skills
- 4+ years customer-facing experience preferred
- excellent de-escalation and conflict resolution skills
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ability to multi-task and address client and staff concerns
- intermediate computer skills
- flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Meet performance metrics including KPIs and manage revenue, ordering, inventory, payroll, and facilities maintenance
- execute and coordinate company marketing and sales initiatives including pre-sale and studio events and grassroots marketing
- oversee hiring and onboarding of new team members
- set and assign daily, weekly, and monthly goals while promoting excellent customer service
- manage the employee life cycle including coaching, performance reviews, and recognition
- foster a culture of five-star customer service
- lead the studio team in sales and product knowledge through community events and partnerships
- ensure safe and clean studio environment and flexible work schedule
- demonstrate commitment to company vision and culture
- manage client accounts including freezes, terminations, and payment follow-ups
- serve as an expert on Restore products and services and coach team members on sales and hospitality skills
