Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success
  • Strong passion to serve others and exceed guests’ expectations
  • Solid business and financial acumen
  • Ability to lead and inspire diverse teams
  • Skilled in analyzing operational data and making strategic decisions
  • Experience in recruitment, training, and team member development

Job Duties

  • Provide strong and inspiring leadership to a diverse team, cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Oversee all aspects of the hotel’s operations, ensuring quality assurance best practices daily, the team consistently meets or exceeds all performance benchmarks
  • Cultivate a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay
  • Recruitment, training, performance review, and team member engagement
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, optimize performance, and make informed business decisions
  • Uphold high standards of quality, service, profitability, and team achievement aligned with key business metrics through optimizing the hotel’s budget, expenses, and driving revenue growth
  • Collaborate with sales initiatives to attract new guests and retain existing ones
