Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- several years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong organizational skills
- capacity to handle high-pressure situations
- willingness to work in NYC or Brooklyn locations
