The ability to analyze service trends, develop creative solutions for service issues, and align sales and revenue management strategies with brand business goals is imperative to success in this role.
The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience managing a hotel property with more than 120 rooms, with preference given to those with prior experience at Marriott or Hilton hotels. The position necessitates strong skills in revenue and expense forecasting, budget preparation, and operational performance analysis. The Hotel General Manager will also maintain rigorous standards for property cleanliness, safety, security, and overall quality control.
