The company manages more than 400 hotels across key regions including North America, Europe, the Caribbean, and Latin America. Established as an innovator with a proven 30-year track record, Highgate continues to shape the hospitality landscape by expertly navigating all stages of the property cycle, ranging from initial planning and development to recapitalization or disposition. Motivational leadership, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action are essential functions to foster a positive, guest-centric workplace.

The General Manager also plays a vital role in client engagement within hotel public spaces during peak times, safe and security management, credit and collections oversight, and the completion of corporate training modules.
