The General Manager position at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a vibrant and dynamic role that blends operational leadership with customer service excellence. The General Manager oversees every facet of the center's functioning, ranging from entertainment offerings to food and beverage sales, as well as the maintenance of the facility and equipment. The General Manager is responsible for driving the center's financial success by collaboratively developing and monitoring budgets while controlling labor costs and expenses. Operational expertise is essential as the General Manager is deeply involved in scheduling, planning daily activities, organizing staff, and maintaining clear communication channels. Training and supervision of team members are critical components of the job, ensuring every employee meets the highest standards of guest service, operational efficiency, and loss prevention. The General Manager often directly oversees key department heads, including Assistant General Managers, Facility Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Event Managers.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills

- Knowledge of POS register systems
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand and lift with assistance

Job Duties
- Help develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor their performance to achieve center's financial goals, including driving food & beverage sales
- Review and control labor costs and other expenses
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating with team
- Supervise and direct regular training for all staff members ensuring proficiency in guest service, food & beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
- Manage multiple departments efficiently and conduct regular management meetings to review performance
- Keep morale high for the team and address HR or loss prevention issues
- Achieve and maintain guest service goals and resolve customer complaints appropriately
- Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring high-quality standards and guest satisfaction
- Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays and extended hours as needed
