California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) is a renowned restaurant and food services company with a rich history dating back to 1985. The position offered is a key leadership role focused on managing front-of-house (FOH) operations within a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The role involves delivering exceptional guest experiences by leading and inspiring a hospitality-driven team, fostering a people-first culture aligned with CPK’s best-in-class standards. Candidates will be responsible for team building, talent development, and cross-training to promote career growth and ensure exceptional culinary and service execution. Financial stewardship is a core responsibility, including managing the restaurant’s profit and loss statements, forecasting budgets, adjusting labor costs, controlling portions, and meeting set financial objectives. Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with employees, guests, suppliers, and senior management, supporting an efficient and inviting environment. Maintaining safety and sanitation standards is vital to protect the health of employees and guests. Job Requirements
