As a full-time General Manager at Smalls Sliders, you will take on a critical leadership role that drives the overall success and smooth operation of the restaurant. This role demands a high level of responsibility, multitasking, and expertise in restaurant management to ensure the brand's standards are met and exceeded every day. The General Manager will oversee multiple facets of the restaurant including staff recruitment and training, customer engagement, financial oversight, and stringent adherence to health and safety protocols. Job Duties

  • Always maintains the highest personal and professional appearance
  • creating and implementing plans that ensure flawless execution of Quickserve Hospitality standards
  • interviews, hires, and trains team members and managers
  • creates an inviting culture in the store where team members feel respected and valued
  • leads quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temperature logs, and waste management
  • explains menu and answers product questions for all guests
  • performs physical activities such as bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to approximately 25 lbs as necessary
