Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at one of their vibrant centers. This role is essential in driving the entertainment experience, food and beverage sales, and overall facility management to ensure top-tier guest satisfaction and optimal business performance. As a General Manager, you will be pivotal in implementing financial and operational plans while managing and inspiring your team to meet and exceed company standards. The General Manager will be responsible for orchestrating a seamless blend of entertainment and hospitality, managing everything from arcade games and bowling to parties and food service. This position requires working closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth scheduling, organization, and resource allocation. You will supervise a diverse team, including Assistant General Managers, Facility Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Event Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
A fundamental part of this role is to drive revenue growth, especially through the expansion and management of the center's food and beverage program. You will monitor budgets, control labor costs, and analyze profit and loss statements to adjust strategies accordingly. Maintaining high team morale and addressing HR issues promptly are also part of your responsibilities. The role prioritizes exceptional guest service; as a General Manager, your goal is to ensure every customer leaves satisfied and every complaint is effectively resolved.
This position requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as necessary. Job Requirements
- at least five years of management experience in full service kitchen bar restaurant or food service operations
- bachelor’s degree
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in business math and accounting
- problem-solving and decision-making skills
- ability to lead and develop a team

Job Duties
- develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor performance to achieve financial goals including driving food and beverage sales
- review and control labor costs and other expenses
- manage day-to-day operations including scheduling planning organizing and communicating effectively with the team
- supervise and direct staff training ensuring proficiency in guest service food and beverage operations loss prevention and company standards
- manage multiple departments and conduct regular performance review meetings with management team
- address center-level HR and loss prevention issues
- ensure customer complaints are resolved and guest service goals are maintained
- oversee and expand food and beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- work varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended workdays
