Job Requirements
- Ability to work a 40+ hour week
- At least 18 years of age with a valid driver license and clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout shifts
- Ability to work in walk-in refrigerator and freezer environments ranging from 40°F to -10°F
- Willingness to coach and task-manage employees
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations
- Organize and establish priorities with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- Jimmy John Manager Certification
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to perform assistant manager, PIC, in-shopper, and delivery driver roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
