Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years or more of experience managing a high performing store or location
- strong leadership and communication skills
- self-motivated and results driven
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to read, count, and write accurately
- ability to work various hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain a clean appearance and smile
- must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
- must have a current valid driver’s license and meet company driver eligibility criteria
- clean driving record with no major moving violations in the last 3-5 years
- able to stand for prolonged periods and work in a loud outdoor environment
- able to engage in physical activities such as bending, reaching, and stooping
Job Qualifications

- record of driving revenue and EBITDA results
- excellent customer service skills
- experience leading a membership model preferred
- experience managing preventive maintenance program preferred
- ability to read, count, and write accurately
- two years or more experience responsible for a high performing store or location
- retail experience preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- must have a current valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Job Duties
- Hire and retain a great team of smart, kind, and driven people

- constantly improve leadership skills
- grow top line revenue and membership by greeting guests with enthusiasm and kindness
- ensure a clean and safe environment for team and guests
- collaborate with maintenance experts to maintain soap and equipment
- teach, coach, and inspire team members
- provide customers a positive experience worth talking about
- ensure compliance with policies and procedures through meetings and training
- handle discipline and termination of team members
- train and develop team members in service, cashiering, and safety
- oversee productivity, breaks, and daily scheduling
- monitor location financial performance and contribute towards financial goals
- prepare and handle daily cash deposits
- order, stock, and maintain merchandise and inventory
- handle vehicle damage claims promptly
- maintain cleanliness and perform or delegate housekeeping and maintenance
- assist customers with product location, complaints, and information
- use membership approach when interacting with new customers
- perform other duties as assigned
