The role of Store Leader (General Manager) at Quick Quack Car Wash is a dynamic leadership position ideal for a results-oriented individual who is passionate about running their own shop. This full-time role offers the exciting challenge of managing all aspects of a car wash location, including sales, hiring, training, team leadership, and full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility. The Store Leader will work directly on-site at the car wash, interacting with customers and leading by example to uphold world-class customer service standards. Job Requirements

  • two years or more of experience managing a high performing store or location

  • able to stand for prolonged periods and work in a loud outdoor environment
  • able to engage in physical activities such as bending, reaching, and stooping
