Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • possess a warm, professional demeanor reflecting HVMG's Culture of Excellence

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field, highly preferred
  • 2 to 5 years of hotel general manager experience, required
  • experience in full service hotel operations
  • Hilton experience, highly preferred
  • experience with guest satisfaction score (GSS) turnaround, highly preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • manage staff and departmental workflows effectively
  • control budgets and monitor financial performance to maximize profitability
  • implement strategies to meet financial and service goals
  • maintain positive work environment and team engagement
  • report to Vice President of Operations
  • drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence
