Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required, with or without reasonable accommodations

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field, highly preferred
- 2 to 5 years of hotel general manager experience, required
- experience in full service hotel operations
- Hilton experience, highly preferred
- experience with guest satisfaction score (GSS) turnaround, highly preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- manage staff and departmental workflows effectively
- control budgets and monitor financial performance to maximize profitability
- implement strategies to meet financial and service goals
- maintain positive work environment and team engagement
- report to Vice President of Operations
- drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence
