Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of management experience
  • previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and safety and security procedures
  • ability to manage and lead others effectively
  • ability to analyze profit and loss statements
  • strong passion for training and developing team members
