Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of hotel management experience including leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and customer service
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with hotel management software and PMS systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local regulations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department managers and hotel staff
- Foster a positive, professional, and service-oriented work environment
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee development
- Manage staffing schedules and labor costs
- Address guest concerns and resolve escalated issues promptly
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently maintained
- Monitor guest feedback and online reviews to improve service quality
- Develop and manage hotel budgets
- Monitor revenue, expenses, payroll, and profitability
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve performance
- Drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR goals
- Support sales and marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and local businesses
- Identify opportunities for growth and market expansion
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, and licensing regulations
- Maintain security and emergency procedures
- Oversee property maintenance and vendor relationships
