Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of high-volume restaurant management experience
- Understanding of business operations and financials
- Ability to manage shifts including scheduling and daily decisions
- Knowledge of food flavors, aromas, and characteristics
- Ability to perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and OpenTable or other digital/online reservation systems
- Capability to coach, lead and develop a restaurant team
- Ability to drive continuous improvement
Job Qualifications

- Proficient with POS and reservation systems
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to perform under pressure and handle on-the-fly requests

Job Duties
