This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join Flower Child, where competitive compensation is complemented by a generous bonus structure. The salary ranges between $75,000 and $80,000 per year, with an additional 20% bonus opportunity based on performance. As the General Manager, you will have a pivotal role overseeing high-volume restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing day-to-day business. This leadership position requires at least five years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting and offers a chance to lead and develop a dedicated team. You will oversee scheduling, operational decision-making, and strategic planning to optimize efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will expertly balance business acumen with a passion for food and hospitality, driving continuous improvement in service quality and operational standards.

Your responsibilities include managing shifts, handling customer expectations, maintaining product quality and cleanliness, and utilizing POS and online reservation systems such as OpenTable. Strong leadership, diplomacy, and the ability to perform calmly under pressure in a busy environment are essential. Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years of high-volume restaurant management experience
  • Understanding of business operations and financials
  • Ability to manage shifts including scheduling and daily decisions
  • Knowledge of food flavors, aromas, and characteristics
  • Ability to perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Familiarity with POS systems and OpenTable or other digital/online reservation systems
  • Capability to coach, lead and develop a restaurant team
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement
