The General Manager role at White Lodging is a pivotal leadership position responsible for driving the financial, cultural, and operational success of both the hotel and the food and beverage departments. Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • proven leadership experience in hotel management
  • demonstrated ability to achieve financial targets
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, NFPA standards
  • experience managing cross-functional teams
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 3-5 years experience as a general manager preferred
  • experience with branded or upscale hotels a plus
  • proven financial management expertise including P&L analysis and budgeting
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • knowledge of revenue management, sales, marketing, and food & beverage strategies
  • familiarity with government regulations and safety standards
  • ability to manage labor productivity
  • creative problem-solving capabilities
