Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- proven leadership experience in hotel management
- demonstrated ability to achieve financial targets
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, NFPA standards
- experience managing cross-functional teams
- ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Job Qualifications
- minimum 3-5 years experience as a general manager preferred
- experience with branded or upscale hotels a plus
- proven financial management expertise including P&L analysis and budgeting
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- knowledge of revenue management, sales, marketing, and food & beverage strategies
- familiarity with government regulations and safety standards
- ability to manage labor productivity
- creative problem-solving capabilities
Job Duties
- lead and develop teams to deliver financial and experiential results
- oversee hotel and food & beverage operations
- maintain brand standards and guest experience
- manage P&L, budgets, and labor
- direct leadership teams across departments including sales, marketing, and HR
- foster a positive culture and ethical leadership
- communicate with owners to build confidence
