Job Requirements

bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
proven leadership experience in hotel management
demonstrated ability to achieve financial targets
strong interpersonal and communication skills
knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, NFPA standards
experience managing cross-functional teams
ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Job Qualifications

minimum 3-5 years experience as a general manager preferred
experience with branded or upscale hotels a plus
proven financial management expertise including P&L analysis and budgeting
strong leadership and team-building skills
knowledge of revenue management, sales, marketing, and food & beverage strategies
familiarity with government regulations and safety standards
ability to manage labor productivity
creative problem-solving capabilities
