Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours a day
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Willingness to work lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and develop a team

- Previous restaurant management experience including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting
- Demonstrated passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Strong people development and leadership skills
- Creative approach to marketing and driving sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Be guest obsessed and uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality
- Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and a positive guest experience
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, hiring, people processes, and performance management
- Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and apprentices using Chipotle's training tools
- Direct team members to deliver accurate and timely digital orders
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including scheduling, P&L management, sales forecasting, and recruiting
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure the restaurant is always guest-ready
- Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards
- Be accountable for the restaurant’s financial success by achieving sales and cash flow plans
- Work varied shifts including lunch, dinner, and weekends to provide comprehensive leadership
