Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of management experience in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment
- excellent customer service and employee relations skills
- ability to perform under pressure in high volume situations
- attention to detail
- leadership and team management skills
Job Duties
- plan, implement, manage and control all operational activities of the Little Caesars restaurant
- oversee product production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing and financial performance
- ensure operations comply with guidelines established by the owner
- maintain high standards of customer service and employee relations
- manage and motivate restaurant staff
- monitor and enhance sales and marketing efforts
- handle operational challenges in a fast-paced environment
