Moxy Charlotte Downtown, located at 125 Brevard Ct, Charlotte, North Carolina, is part of the vibrant Moxy Hotels brand, known for its unique blend of style, personality, and social atmosphere. This hotel is independently owned and operated by Lexima Lodging, a franchisee separate from Marriott International, Inc. Lexima Lodging controls all employment policies and practices at the hotel, including hiring, compensation, and benefits. As a full-time management position, the General Manager role is a critical leadership opportunity to guide the property toward operational excellence, brand alignment, and community engagement while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The General Manager at Moxy Charlotte Downtown will be the dynamic leader who embodies the bold and energetic spirit of the Moxy brand. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of hotel management experience
  • At least 3 years in a general manager role
  • Proven experience opening and managing a hotel property
