You will handle scheduling, profit and loss (P&L) control, sales forecasting, and community engagement initiatives to drive sales and create meaningful connections with guests. The General Manager is also tasked with upholding stringent food safety, operational, and compliance standards, maintaining a clean and inviting dining space, and ensuring on-time and accurate digital order fulfillment. Leadership extends to working across lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts, ensuring consistent and effective coverage during all operational hours.
