Job Requirements

  • Must have two or more years of experience in general management
  • prior experience in a high-volume environment
  • willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • ability to manage costs including labor expenses
  • must be an energetic and outgoing individual
  • commitment to guest service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience in general management
  • experience in a high-volume environment
  • experience in hospitality and/or food and beverage is a plus
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • financial acumen including profit and loss analysis
  • ability to motivate and train a diverse team
  • skilled in developing and executing business strategies

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • develop location-based goals and initiatives to support business strategy and achieve corporate goals
  • ensure adherence to core standards, HR policies, training, and safety requirements
  • evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
  • analyze profit and loss and oversee department managers to achieve revenue goals
  • ensure proper cash handling and implement upselling opportunities
  • train and manage department managers to meet product and guest service standards
  • work with department managers and corporate staff to implement revenue-driving initiatives including league sales, seasonal promotions, and restaurant promotion
  • lead a salaried management team of 8-10
  • oversee a team of 120-150 hourly team members to exceed guest expectations
