Job Requirements
- Must have two or more years of experience in general management
- prior experience in a high-volume environment
- willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to manage costs including labor expenses
- must be an energetic and outgoing individual
- commitment to guest service excellence
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in general management
- experience in a high-volume environment
- experience in hospitality and/or food and beverage is a plus
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- financial acumen including profit and loss analysis
- ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- skilled in developing and executing business strategies
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- develop location-based goals and initiatives to support business strategy and achieve corporate goals
- ensure adherence to core standards, HR policies, training, and safety requirements
- evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- analyze profit and loss and oversee department managers to achieve revenue goals
- ensure proper cash handling and implement upselling opportunities
- train and manage department managers to meet product and guest service standards
- work with department managers and corporate staff to implement revenue-driving initiatives including league sales, seasonal promotions, and restaurant promotion
- lead a salaried management team of 8-10
- oversee a team of 120-150 hourly team members to exceed guest expectations
