We are currently seeking a talented and motivated General Manager to lead our busy hotel and deliver outstanding service to our guests. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 yearly. As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all facets of the hotel's operations, from human resources to guest satisfaction, financial management, and strategic planning.
Your role will center around setting a clear vision and strategy to inspire and lead staff toward delivering exceptional guest service that drives financial success. Key responsibilities include constructing effective marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s services and amenities, managing budgets to balance guest satisfaction with profitability, and ensuring the maintenance of the hotel’s high standards by inspecting cleanliness and overall upkeep. You will facilitate strategic planning, objectives, and timetables for hotel department leaders to ensure alignment with overall hotel goals.
Additionally, the position requires you to manage all HR matters such as interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, coaching, counseling, and performance management for your team members. The ideal candidate will bring at least five or more years of hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel management capacity, along with superb communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
