Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Must have five or more years of hospitality experience
- Must have previous experience in a manager role overseeing a team preferably in hospitality
- Must have superb communication skills
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills
- Guest-focused with exceptional customer service experience
- Must be Marriott qualified
- Must have Marriott GM experience

Job Duties
- Construct and manage a straightforward and effective marketing strategy to promote the hotel's services and amenities
- Provide the vision, leadership, and strategy that inspires your staff to deliver exceptional guest service that drives financial success
- Facilitate strategic planning, objectives, and a timetable of action for hotel department leaders that meets overall hotel goals
- Generate a budget that ensures guest satisfaction and quality of services while also keeping costs balanced and profit margins maximized
- Enhance the hotel's reputation for quality by inspecting the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms, public areas, and surrounding grounds
- Oversee HR matters including interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, coaching/counseling, and performance management
