Job Duties
- Provide strategic leadership across all hotel departments ensuring seamless operations and an elevated guest experience
- Oversee rooms food and beverage sales and overall property performance while maintaining brand standards
- Develop and mentor department heads and staff creating a high-performing engaged team culture
- Manage budgets forecasting and P&L to achieve revenue and profitability goals
- Implement guest service initiatives to enhance satisfaction loyalty and online reputation
