Job Description

This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's brand, including its logos and food products, but operates independently as a distinct company and employer. Employment decisions, including hiring, supervision, discipline, and scheduling, are managed exclusively by this franchisee and not by McDonald's USA. Candidates seeking to join this restaurant will be employed directly by the franchisee, and all employment matters will be handled internally by this separate organization. McDonald's USA does not participate in the recruitment or employment process for this franchise location.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous general manager experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Capability to coach and develop teams
  • Commitment to meeting customer service standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience in high-volume quick service restaurants strongly desired
  • Experience in hospitality or retail management is a plus
  • Effective leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and coaching abilities
  • Ability to set goals and develop strategic plans
  • Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in the restaurant

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • Oversee and support Department Managers with coaching and performance feedback
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Monitor departmental progress and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure profitability of the restaurant
  • Foster a positive team environment and strong customer focus
