Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years of management experience
- minimum 5 years of functional experience
- ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate strong leadership skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills
- passion for a high level of customer service
- ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
- experience managing in a union environment
- working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC)
- proficiency in computer and report management skills
Job Qualifications

- General Manager Food and Nutrition leadership experience in a healthcare environment
- experience managing in a union environment
- outstanding client relationship skills
- strong financial acumen

- proficiency in computer skills and report management experience
