Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
minimum 5 years of management experience
minimum 5 years of functional experience
ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate strong leadership skills
ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills
passion for a high level of customer service
ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
experience managing in a union environment
working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC)
proficiency in computer and report management skills

Job Qualifications

General Manager Food and Nutrition leadership experience in a healthcare environment
experience managing in a union environment
outstanding client relationship skills
strong financial acumen
