  • minimum 5 years of management experience
  • minimum 5 years of functional experience
  • ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate strong leadership skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills
  • passion for a high level of customer service
  • ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
  • experience managing in a union environment
  • working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC)
  • proficiency in computer and report management skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • General Manager Food and Nutrition leadership experience in a healthcare environment
  • experience managing in a union environment
  • outstanding client relationship skills

  • proficiency in computer skills and report management experience
