The General Manager position at Five Guys is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing restaurant operations and ensuring financial performance aligns with company standards. This role offers a starting annual salary ranging between $60,000 and $65,000, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses that reward achievements in food safety, financial success, and customer experience. Job Requirements
