We are currently seeking a General Manager (GM) for our new Five Guys location in Celina, TX. This role is pivotal to the successful launch and ongoing operations of the restaurant. The General Manager will receive an annual starting salary between $60,000 and $65,000, along with eligibility for performance-based bonuses that reward excellence in food safety, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time role with real work-life balance, offering comprehensive and customizable benefits including medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance, 401(k) with company match, Employee Assistance Program, and access to an Employee Relief Fund funded by both owners and employees. GMs and Assistant Managers also qualify for up to 12 weeks of paid family bonding leave, available immediately upon hire.

Success in this role requires at least two years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial outcomes.
