This position offers a competitive starting salary of $60,000 annually, along with eligibility for performance-based bonus rewards that recognize contributions to food safety, financial success, and the customer experience. The role is designed to offer real work-life balance, with most locations operating from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm and no drive-thru service, allowing managers and their teams to focus on quality and customer satisfaction without the added pressures of extended hours or fast-food drive-thru demands.

As a General Manager or Assistant Manager at Five Guys, you will take a leadership role in managing restaurant operations while creating a great place to work for your team. You will be responsible for overseeing financial results, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Job Requirements
