This role is for experienced leaders in the restaurant industry looking to take the next step as General Managers or Assistant Managers. The position comes with a starting salary of $60,000 annually and eligibility for performance-based bonuses that reward contributions to food safety, financial success, and excellent customer experiences, with everyone working during bonus-evaluated shifts being eligible. Candidates should have at least 2 years of leadership experience with financial responsibility and be passionate about creating a positive workplace culture. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant leadership roles with financial accountability
- Availability to work real operational hours from 11 am to 10 pm

Job Duties
