Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant setting
- strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets
- excellent communication and motivational skills
- ability to work from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
- commitment to ethical business practices
- ability to lead by example and maintain humility
- no drive-thru management experience required
