Job Requirements

Two or more years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with financial responsibility
Ability to create a positive work environment
Commitment to excellent customer service
Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality
High standards for self and team
Availability to work during operating hours of 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Minimum two years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
Proven track record of managing financial performance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team
Knowledge of food safety regulations and customer service excellence
High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties

Lead and motivate restaurant team to achieve operational and financial goals
Ensure high standards of food safety and customer service
Manage scheduling and labor costs effectively
Oversee inventory control and ordering processes
Implement and uphold Five Guys core convictions in daily operations
Conduct training and development for team members
Monitor and improve customer experience through secret shop feedback
